هل اللعبة تحتاج إنترنت أو حساب؟
لا. النسخة الحالية تشتغل بدون تسجيل دخول، وكل تقدمك محفوظ على جهازك.
كيف أغيّر اسمي أو علمي أو شخصيتي؟
من الشاشة الرئيسية افتح ملفك الشخصي أو «شخصيتي»، وغيّر الاسم أو البلد أو الشخصية.
كيف أغيّر اللغة بين العربي والإنجليزي؟
الإعدادات ← «عام والاهتزاز» ← اللغة.
الأزرار مو في المكان المناسب لي
من الإعدادات افتح «تخصيص التحكم» وحرّك الأزرار وكبّرها أو صغّرها، ويُحفظ الترتيب لكل لعبة.
الكاميرا لفّت ومو راجعة
اضغط زر التوسيط لترجع الكاميرا خلف شخصيتك، أو فعّل «رجوع الكاميرا تلقائياً» في الإعدادات حتى ترجع وحدها.
حذفت اللعبة وراح تقدمي، تقدرون ترجعونه؟
للأسف لا. التقدم محفوظ على جهازك فقط ولا نحتفظ بنسخة منه، فحذف اللعبة يحذفه.
هل فيه مشتريات أو إعلانات؟
ليس حالياً. النقاط والجواهر داخل اللعبة افتراضية ولا تُشترى بفلوس. إذا أضفنا مشتريات أو إعلانات لاحقاً نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية قبلها.
متى يصير اللعب أونلاين مع أصدقائي؟
نشتغل عليه. حالياً المنافسون في البطولة لاعبون يتحكم فيهم الجهاز.
اللعبة ثقيلة أو تسخّن الجوال
اقفل التطبيقات الثانية وأعد تشغيل اللعبة. وإذا استمرت المشكلة راسلنا باسم جهازك حتى نحسّن الأداء عليه.

Do I need internet or an account?
No. The current version works without sign-in, and all your progress is saved on your device.
How do I change my name, flag or character?
From the home screen, open your profile or "My character" and change your name, country or character.
How do I switch between Arabic and English?
Settings → "General & Haptics" → Language.
The buttons are not where I want them
Open "Customize controls" in Settings to move and resize the buttons. The layout is saved for each game.
The camera turned and does not come back
Tap the centre button to bring the camera back behind your character, or turn on "Camera auto-return" in Settings so it returns by itself.
I deleted the game and lost my progress. Can you restore it?
Sorry, no. Progress is stored only on your device and we keep no copy, so deleting the game deletes it.
Are there purchases or ads?
Not right now. In-game points and Gems are virtual and cannot be bought with money. If we add purchases or ads later, we will update the Privacy Policy first.
When can I play online with friends?
We are working on it. For now, the other tournament players are computer-controlled.
The game feels heavy or my phone gets warm
Close other apps and restart the game. If it keeps happening, email us your device model so we can improve performance on it.
